We act on all matters ranging from claims on behalf of small businesses through to High Court actions. We also have achieved excellent results on behalf of clients by adopting alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitrations and mediations. These methods are often considered to be a relatively swift and cost effective method to resolve a dispute, rather than full scale litigation. However, there may be certain matters which these procedures would not be suitable for such as obtaining an injunction.
